Whales are marine mammals that roam all over the World’s Oceans, communicating with complex and mysterious sounds. Although they live in water, whales breathe air. Their size is amazing: the Blue Whale is the largest mammal on earth and can reach up to 30 meters and weigh up to 200 tons.

Our Whale model is an eco-vegan sneaker made with amazing organic cotton certified – organic and fairtrade – and extra comfort and lightweight sole.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between ZOURI® and the customer regarding purchases of products made through this website.
How long will my order take to arrive?
When we receive an order we prepare it for dispatch as quickly as we can. In most cases, orders with confirmed payment received before 1 p.m. (GMT) are dispatched the following day.
During holiday periods, in cases of temporary stock shortage, or at times of high order volume, preparing your order for dispatch may take up to 72 hours. If we exceed that window, we will get in touch with you.
Transit time depends on the delivery address you choose for your Zouri:
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch (CTT Expresso / DPD).
- Portugal – Madeira: 6 to 15 working days after dispatch (CTT Expresso).
- Portugal – Azores: 6 to 15 working days after dispatch (CTT Expresso).
- European countries: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch (UPS / DPD).
- Rest of the world: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch (DHL).

Will I have to pay customs duties and import taxes?
Because customs policies and import taxes vary from country to country, ZOURI® has no control over any charges that may be applied when an order reaches its destination, and cannot predict the exact amount.
If you have any doubts, please contact your local customs office before placing your order to find out about customs charges and whether they apply.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at any address you prefer — home, workplace, a relative's house — anywhere in the world.
More and more people choose their workplace as the delivery address. It is the best way to make sure someone is always there to receive your Zouri.
Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?
Yes, you can set this during checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking reference so you can follow its progress on the carrier's website.
Can I change my delivery address after the order has been dispatched?
Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
I was not at the delivery address on the delivery date. What should I do?
If the carrier cannot deliver your order because nobody is present, it will leave a card in the letterbox and attempt delivery again on the next working day. The carrier does not contact the customer in the event of absence.
Many of our customers use their workplace as the delivery address. It is a good way to make sure someone is available to receive the order.
My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?
To make sure your order can be delivered, someone should be at the delivery address between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
If you have not received it within the stated timeframe (working days), please contact us at info@zouri-shoes.com so we can arrange a new delivery to an address of your choice.
If delivery attempts fail because nobody was present at the address, subsequent shipments will be at the customer's expense.
