Vegan Materials

From the very beginning we wanted to step away from microfibres, leather and synthetics. Not as a fashion statement, but because those are precisely the materials that create the problem we are trying to solve.

What we use

• Organic cotton — grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilisers.
• Natural rubber — tapped from the rubber tree, not derived from petroleum.
• Pineapple leaf fabric (Piñatex) — made from the fibres of the pineapple leaf, a by-product of the harvest.
• Plastic collected on Portuguese beaches — the raw material that defines us.

What we do not use

Leather. Microfibres. Petroleum-based synthetics. No material of animal origin.
